It is with regret that Human Aid Initiative will be cancelling scheduled events in both Birmingham and Manchester on Friday October 25th and Sunday October 27th respectively. The decision to cancel the talk and fundraising events as part of Human Aid Initiative’s Charity week is due to recently emerged travel concerns raised by our speaker. Both events will be rescheduled to a later date.
We would like to express our sincere appreciation to all those who have supported and shown enthusiasm in attending the events, most especially the Indonesian Muslim community throughout the United Kingdom. It has been our intention to bring you a wonderful event but at this stage it must be postponed to avoid any unwanted risks.
Our apologies also extend out to all our volunteers, event partners and sponsors. We are sincerely sorry for the unexpected and sudden postponement of the event, even though event planning and arrangements have been in progress over the last year.
To all Birmingham and Manchester ticket holders, an email will be sent to you shortly with regards to the refund of tickets and any applicable fees. We appreciate your understanding and continued support.
Our fundraising event in London on Saturday October 26th will continue to go ahead as planned, the main agenda being the relaunch our ‘Sponsor A Child’ programme. Our guest speaker, Ustadz Abdul Somad Lc, MA will be joining us via LIVE streaming. You are most welcome to attend our event, details of which will be provided in the same email regarding ticket refunds.
