On the 21st June, 2019 we were very honored and grateful to have been invited to speak in a parallel session on the ISIC (Indonesian Students International Convention) 19th event in Nottingham, UK. During this session, we had the chance to introduce our charity and engage in interesting discussions on the social impacts of natural disasters in Indonesia.
During this session, we had discussed our action and response strategy to natural disasters and how we contribute to societal concerns after disasters. Particularly providing case studies on our Community Empowerment Projects done in multiple locations in Palu; these projects aimed to bring the local businesses back into business after disasters.
Alhamdulillah, it was a very productive and inspiring day and we are very grateful to have been able to be a part of it!
