Donations
Under Charity Commission law (The Charities Act 2011) we are not able to give refunds for donations made through this site other than in specific circumstances. Refunds will only be issued in cases of fraudulent activity on your card.
Cancellation and Refunds
We are realise that errors sometime happen. Where refunds are made, it is at HUMAN AIDINITIAIVE’s discretion. You have the right to cancel within seven days of receipt.
If you experience any problem with your payment please email us at hai@humanaidinitiative.org. Refunds will be made to the credit/debit card you used to make a donation.
Registration fees for Charity Events are non-refundable.
Payment Flow and Delivery
From the time your order is received and money is paid, we endeavour to pack and send your items on the next day, but this can not be guaranteed. We generally use Royal Mail 2nd class post which means 2-3 working days delivery.
